2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the items.
  3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories that came with the product.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable shipping costs (unless the return was due to a defect or shipping error).

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please do not return damaged items without prior authorization from our customer service team.

6. Sale and Discounted Items

7. Shipping Fees

8. Lost Returns

Mighty Vista is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. If a return does not arrive, we cannot process the refund without proof of shipment.
